Where’s my sketchbook?

Please note, as stated on the product page, the sketchbooks and tote bags will begin to dispatch from late March 2021 onwards. If you have ordered something in addition to that, it will be shipped separately before then.

I didn’t get an ‘Order Confirmation’ email – only a PayPal receipt. Is everything OK?

Every now and again, some mail servers reject our automatic emails which confirm your order. Don’t worry! If you have a PayPal receipt / confirmation of payment, that means your order has successfully gone through and is being processed. Once your order has been completed and shipped out, you should (hopefully) receive the second email from us, confirming dispatch

Where do the products get shipped from?

All of the products are packaged and shipped from the UK.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a second email from us confirming “order is complete”. Local delivery (within the UK) is typically within 3 working days from dispatch. Overseas delivery can vary depending on where the order is being shipped to and which shipping option you have chosen, but orders should hopefully be delivered within 10-14 days. This may vary during particularly busy seasons eg. Christmas and during the current pandemic.

How is my order being delivered?

We have both standard and tracked shipping options available worldwide. You will be asked to select a shipping option at checkout. If you are based in a location where missing orders / delivery problems are common, please select a tracked option at checkout to ensure safe delivery. Please note that you are responsible for choosing the shipping option and we cannot be held responsible for late or missing orders placed with a standard delivery option.

Where’s my order?

If you selected a tracked shipping option at checkout, you can check your shipping status using the instructions provided in your “Order Complete” email. If you selected a standard shipping option or have any other inquiries, please email us at shop@ninacosford.com and we will happily get back to you with any information we can.

This is a small, independently-run business, so please be patient with us. We will always do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and within good time.

I want something but it’s out of stock

Unless stated as a limited edition (eg. the Buns T-shirt), a lot of our products are restocked quite regularly so please check back again.

Can I return a product or get a refund or exchange?

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges as we are a very small, independently-run shop. Please note that all of our products are very clearly described on the site and are all as they are shown in our images. Please be careful to read each product description and please refer to the size guide for our t-shirts before purchasing. If there is a problem with your order or it appears to be damaged in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us via email and we will do our best to solve the issue.

Why is the shop in US $?

Although we are based in the UK, the shop operates in US dollars to make it more universally friendly (many of our customers are international). Please note that the currency automatically converts when you make a payment, whatever your normal currency is.

Do you do commissions?

Due to other project commitments, Nina is unable to take on personal commissions. However, once or twice a year Nina offers a limited number of single and double portrait slots from her online shop, so please listen out for announcements on her social media.
