Where do the products get shipped from?
All of the products are packaged and shipped from the UK.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email from us confirming “order is complete”. Local delivery (within the UK) is typically within 5 working days from dispatch. Overseas delivery can vary depending on where the order is being shipped to, but orders should hopefully be delivered within 10-14 days. This may vary during particularly busy seasons eg. Christmas.
How is my order being delivered?
All orders are sent using either 2nd class (UK) or International Standard. Every order sent has a logged proof of postage.
Please note that a tracking service will cost both parties an extortionate amount, so therefore this service is not currently available on this site.
Where’s my order?
If there is a problem with your order or it hasn’t shown up within the expected time allocation, please email us with any queries and we will happily get back to you.
This is a small, independently-run business, so please be patient with us. We will always do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and within good time.
I want something but it’s out of stock
Most of the items are frequently restocked, so please bear with us whilst we are also waiting for new stock to arrive.
Can I return a product or get a refund or exchange?
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges as we are a very small, independently-run shop. Please note that all of our products are very clearly described on the site and are all as they are shown in our images. Please be careful to read each product description and please refer to the size guide for our t-shirts before purchasing. If there is a problem with your order or it appears to be damaged in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us via email and we will sort it all out for you.
